7月24日，深圳—新加坡智慧城市合作联合秘书处第十四次会议在深圳举行，联合秘书处主任、深圳市商务局局长张非梦和新加坡资讯通信媒体发展局国际合作与战略伙伴关系司司长叶威延出席会议并致辞。

　　On July 24, the 14th Meeting of the Joint Secretariat for the Singapore-China (Shenzhen) Smart City Initiative (SCI) took place in Shenzhen. Zhang Feimeng, Director of the Joint Secretariat and Director-General of Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and Mr. Yap Wy-En, Director of International Cooperation & Strategic Partnerships, Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore, attended the meeting and delivered remarks.

　　会议过程中，深圳市商务局首先介绍了深圳市贯彻落实中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第三次全体会议提出的：深化外商投资和对外投资管理体制改革，优化区域开放布局，完善推进高质量共建“一带一路”机制部署的相关落实举措。双方听取了过去四年多以来的工作情况汇报，介绍了第五批合作项目遴选情况，并就五周年纪念活动提案进行了探讨。深方秘书处成员单位市政府外办、市发展改革委、市工业和信息化局、市政务服务数据管理局和前海管理局，以及新方秘书处成员和新加坡企业发展局代表参会。

　　At the meeting, the Commerce Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality gave an overview of its implementation of relevant measures set out at the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee: further reforming the management systems for inbound and outbound investment, optimizing the regional opening up, and improving the mechanisms for high-quality cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. The two sides shared the work results in the past four years, introduced the selection of the fifth batch of cooperation projects, and discussed proposals for the fifth-anniversary commemoration. Representatives of Secretariat members of Shenzhen, including the Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office, Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen, Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Shenzhen, Government Services and Data Management Bureau of Shenzhen, and Authority of Qianhai, as well as the Secretariat members of Singapore and representatives of Enterprise Singapore, also attended the meeting.

　　此次会议积极落实中新两国领导人会见精神，充分利用双边合作机制，推动在数字经济、数据互联互通、双向投资贸易、跨境电商及人才和人文交流等领域合作走深走实，不断丰富合作内涵，争取更多合作成果，为中新全方位高质量的前瞻性伙伴关系作出积极贡献。

　　In adherence to the guiding principles from the meeting between the leaders of China and Singapore, the two sides harness the bilateral cooperation mechanisms to deepen collaboration in the digital economy, data connectivity, two-way investment and trade, cross-border e-commerce, talent development, and people-to-people exchanges by enlarging cooperation for more results, as they drive the comprehensive high-quality forward-looking partnership between the two nations.
